How quality is built in
Powder metallurgy production
Electrodes are sintered from high-purity tungsten powder with the oxide addition of each type — the same process used across the industry for consistent grain structure.
Centerless grinding
Every electrode is centerless ground to h7 diameter tolerance with a bright finish, so it fits collets and gas lenses smoothly without scoring.
Check before packing
Orders are inspected before packing — type, diameter, length and tip color are verified against the order sheet.
Documents on request
Certified analysis (COA) and export documents are available with each shipment — ask for them when you order.
Composition values are nominal according to each type designation; certified analysis is available with each shipment on request. Electrodes are supplied ground, cleaned and ready for use, and a tip grinding service can be arranged.
Safety and compliance notes
- Thoriated (WT20) products contain a small amount of thorium oxide — observe local handling, storage and transport regulations, or specify ceriated or lanthanated types instead.
- Recommended welding current values by diameter are being finalized and are provided on request once verified.
- Full chemical composition including impurity limits and specific AWS/ISO class designations can be confirmed with your quotation.

We source from established manufacturers and can discuss the certification status of the producing mill for your order — ask with your inquiry. We do not claim certificates we cannot show.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available on request. MOQ is only 100 pcs, so many customers trial real production packs instead.
What if a batch does not match the specification?
Contact us with photos and the pack labels — we check with the manufacturer and resolve genuine specification issues with replacement or credit.
